PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping.  
 
SHIPPING
 Please allow 2-4 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and recieved within 3-5 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
 
**Please note, our shipping provider is UPS and all P.O. box adresses must be sent through UPS Surepost. This could delay shipping 1-2 business days.
International fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer when the package arrives.  
 
Shipping will not be refunded.
 
 

RETURN POLICY 

 

*Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY for the same item in a different size unless sold out!
*All returns must be received within 20 days of the date received.
*Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. (This includes FLASH SALE items!) Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 return fee will incur.
*All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
*Items purchased online, must be returned to our shipping warehouse.

 

If the order is returned past the 20 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to exchange. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges ONLY for a different size or color in the same item. Please include the NEW order number for the exchanged item on the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. In the EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS box there is a place to write the new order number! All other returns will be issued store credit.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the attached packing slips on reverse side.
3. For easy returns use the “Return Label” link at the bottom of the page. Simply fill out the required fields, select "Changed My Mind", print the label, & either schedule a UPS pick up or take your package to a UPS store or drop box location. 
4. If you choose not to use the provided return label, please send your returns to:

**PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFOMRATION**

 You are responsibile for tracking your return package. Please keep note of the tracking number that is generated through your return label. Once it is received back to us, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email once your store credit is  available. Return credit may not be used towards previous purchases.
